Our second night in Bend proved more successful
in the culinary sweepstakes. The hotel had a magazine with loads
of options, that included pictures of food. Pamela picked based
on pictures. We went to Bo
Asian Bistro. Our waiter had them make the item in the picyure,
even though it wasn't on the menu for the evening. We also had
several of his favorite dishes. It was fabulous.
Our next night was one that would require planning.
We wanted to head up to the Cascade Lakes Highway. Highway was
a bit of an exaggeration, as we had no traffic! We did have great
views of Mt Bachelor.
