The day after the big event most folks wanted an easy recovery ride, so we headed out by the coast road.

John and I had established early on that we were espresso lovers. Ernesto had recommended the Pascucci Cafe as the best coffee in town, and we had made regular pilgrimages. He had also mentioned the factory was on one of the rides and he had a friend who worked there who would give us a tour. We were in heaven.

We headed to San Marino next. I took the sprint. John stopped for a photo, and then somehow we got separated. Mark and I waited at one spot in town and never saw the others. We eventually realized we would not find them and headed home, eventually making cell phone contact so everyone knew we were safe.
